About me as a coach
I'm Ron (no pronouns), a non-binary queer sex worker, porn performer, activist and kink educator. I've been guiding people to explore their sexuality, desires and relationships more consciously since 2018 - with over seven years of experience as a Dom, coach and instructor.
My coaching approach is open, non-judgmental and empathic. My aim is not to set fixed rules, but to support you in finding your own way. Each person has their own story, needs and limits - I listen, ask questions and give input so that you can find out what is right for you.
My goal is to create a safer, inclusive space where learning, growth and self-expression are possible.
Who is the target group for my coaching?
(Aspiring) sex workers
Would you like to integrate BDSM into your work, expand your skills or become more confident in dealing with clients? My BDSM training will help you to move professionally and confidently in the scene. I will support you in deepening your technical skills, developing your individual strengths as a Dom, sub or switch and finding an authentic professional role. Together we will work out which dynamic feels right for you and how you can confidently shape your presence in sessions. I will also support you in creating a suitable atmosphere for sessions and leading (group) spaces safely and professionally.
Private individuals
Whether you are curious about BDSM, have insecurities about your sexuality or want to discover new facets of your pleasure - I will support you in gaining clarity and confidently exploring what really excites and fulfills you. Together we will work on recognizing your needs, communicating clearly and becoming more confident in your sexuality.
Couples
Whether you are newly in love or have been a well-established team for years - I will accompany you in exploring your sexuality more consciously and discovering new facets of your intimacy. Sometimes it's about finally putting unspoken desires into words, sometimes it's about developing new fantasies together. Do you want to find out which kinks connect you or whether you have a previously undiscovered fetish? In my coaching sessions, we create a safer space in which you can experiment with curiosity and deepen your dynamic - with ease, mindfulness and a pinch of playful tension. Of course, all constellations are welcome, whether monogamous or polyamorous.

Sexuality
What does sexuality mean to you? What are your preferences and how can you live them out safely and confidently? How do social norms influence your sense of pleasure? Together we will explore your desires, fears and blocks in order to develop a fulfilled, self-determined sexuality. I will support you in exploring your fantasies and finding out what feels really good for you.
Communication
Honest communication is essential - especially in BDSM. However, open conversations about sexuality, kinks and needs can often be challenging. I'll show you techniques to create clarity, set boundaries and address difficult topics safely and respectfully.
BDSM
From the basics to advanced techniques: I will help you find your individual style as a Dom, sub or switch, create dynamic sessions and live out BDSM with more self-confidence and creativity.
Space creation & Dynamics
How do you create a safe, stimulating space for BDSM, group experiences or workshops? I can advise you on atmosphere, communication and how to deal safely with different dynamics.
How is the coaching structured?
Initial consultation (online & free of charge)
We will discuss your wishes, expectations and open questions. You will then receive a non-binding offer from me.
Individual customization
No coaching is the same. I focus specifically on your experiences and needs.
Theory & Practice
Depending on your needs, I combine theoretical basics with practical exercises.
Online coaching (cheaper option)
Theoretical coaching sessions can also take place online - a flexible and more cost-effective option for those who do not require practical guidance.
In person coaching
practical sessions in particular are best organized in the studio. Here we have a safe and undisturbed space to focus entirely on your practice session
Pricing
The prices depend on the scope and format of the coaching. First orientation:
- Individual coaching: from €100 per hour (online) / from €200 per hour (in the studio)
- Couples: from €150 per hour (online) / from €250 per hour (in the studio)
- Sessions lasting several hours on request
- Ongoing support (via email & telephone) is included in all offers
